As a Requirements Engineer for eggheads, Tabea Osthoff always views everything through the user’s eyes. It’s her job to put herself into the user’s shoes, analyze their interaction with eggheads Suite, and identify potential pitfalls before they even come up in the first place. To this end, she keeps her focus on one important objective: developing new features which support users of eggheads Suite in their daily business, weeding out all those which may sound brilliant at first glance but don’t fit real use case scenarios.
